Terms & Conditions

These terms cover website plans provided by Frontier Agency ("we", "us"). By starting a plan with us you agree to them.

Our plans

We offer rolling monthly plans. The Website plan is £19.99/month and the Website + Systems plan is £50/month, with founding client pricing as agreed in writing. Hosting, your domain name, security certificates, backups and updates are included in your monthly fee. There are no setup fees.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails we'll contact you and give reasonable time to resolve it before pausing your site.

Refund policy

If you're not happy within your first 14 days, tell us and we'll refund that month's payment in full. After the first 14 days, payments already made aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time and nothing further is charged.

Cancellation

There's no long contract. You can cancel any month by emailing Charlie.Stephenson@frontier-agency.com. Your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. If you leave, we'll help you export your content.

Your content

You confirm you own or have permission to use any text, photos or logos you give us. Design work we create for you is licensed to you for as long as your plan is active.

Our responsibilities

We aim to reply to enquiries and edit requests within one working day and to keep your site online and secure. We can't be liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of your website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
